The collection fights
Every read picks you a fighter from the ppand collection — 900 of them, built from real trait layers. Stats are not rolled and cannot be bought: they are fixed by the fighter's own traits, so the same fighter is the same fighter to everyone.

The arena
Fighters are NFTs. Pick one and look for a match — nothing to paste. Entering a ranked battle costs 2,000 $PPAND, and that $PPAND is burned: the arena never holds it and never pays it out. Rewards are paid in USDG, the stablecoin. Each day's USDG pot is divided into 2,000 shares, and every battle you win claims one share of the day it settled in.

Arena status: not deployed. The arena contract is written and its economics have been verified on a local chain: the 2,000 $PPAND entry is burned so the arena holds none of it, the USDG pot divides into exactly 2,000 shares, a claim before the day closes is rejected, and a winning claim pays one share in USDG. $PPAND and the fighter NFT are live; the arena is not, so every arena figure above reads -- rather than a number we would be making up.
Minting
The mint is deployed and open. These are the terms, fixed in the contract rather than announced and adjusted later.
The 200,000 $PPAND is burned immediately, before the fighter is created, so a mint always destroys the tokens it claims to. One fighter per wallet is permanent: transferring your fighter away does not restore the right to mint another. The protocol fee is paid in ETH and forwarded to the treasury. How it launches
Both launches are stealth launches: no presale, no allowlist, no private allocation, no reserved supply and no advance notice. The $PPAND token launched first, and the fighter mint follows — minting burns $PPAND, so the token has to exist before a mint is possible at all.
$PPAND is live on Robinhood Chain (4663). Contract 0x96B6a97D4e321586A5b0C27Ee3BDFd895B11114C — read it on the explorer. Supply is 1,000,000,000, fixed: the contract has no mint function and no owner, so no more can ever be issued. Burning is the only way supply moves.

A stealth launch cuts both ways, so it is worth stating plainly: no insider gets a cheaper entry than you, and equally there is no queue, no guaranteed allocation and no certainty of securing one of the 900. If you need a promise of allocation, this is not that.
